- Kocok putih telor sambil ditambah gula halus sedikit demi sedikit,aduk smpai,jika diangkat bentuk puruh burung.
- Campurkan adonan putih telor kedlm adonan mentega sedikit demi sedikit, jgn smpai over mixing.
- Tuang 1/2 adonan kedalam loyang yg sudah diolesi margarin dan tepung.
- Campur 1/4 adonan dg coklat bubuk,tuang ke adonan kuning.
- Tuang sisa adonan kuning, aduk melingkar pake sumpit.
- Ovennya saya pake smart vienta pake pilihan bake, suhu nya 175 derajat ceklis dan selama 35 menit. Kalo sudah di cek pake tusukan gigi kl masih basah, tmbah 5 menit lagi di oven..
