- Kocok bahan A asal rata..tdk perlu lama.
- Masukan bahan B / kuning telur sebentar saja.
- Masukan bahan C aduk sampai rata...
- Lalu kita uleni sebentar jgn lupa pk sarung tangan....
- Masukan adonan ke kulkas 30 mnt saja..boleh adonan dimasukan ke plastik 5 kilo dulu lalu taro kulkas atau boleh langsung sama baskom adonannya..😁😁.
- Selai nanasnya sdh aku bulatin dulu biar gampang ambilnya pk garpu kecil sj...dan tdk lengket ditangan...
- Mulai bentuk adonan sesuai keinginan..klu mau cepat bulat2 sj.
- Klu sdh...panggang api kecil...klu sdh matang angkat..diamkan 5 mnt lalu olesi...masukan lg ke oven sebentar selama 5 mnt sj....
- Kalau aku suka yg bawahnya agak kecoklatan jd garing....
- Note : aku olesi setelah matang jd hasilnya lbh cantik..tdk retak...
- Aku mulai buat adonan. Setelah 2 hr aku buat selai nanasnya...
- Krn selainya aku masukin kulkas kira2 5 jam atau kdg 1 hari... lalu aku bulat2in dulu....
- Klu cape😁 blh ko adonannya taro dikulkas lalu bungkus plastik..besok lanjut..
- Tp jgn lupa keluarkan 2 jam sebelum buat....
