- Kukus kelapa parut selama 15 menit, dalam wadah lain campur terigu, garam dan vanili aduk rata, dan siapkan jg minyak gorengnya.
- Di wadah campur telur, sp dan gula pasir mixer dgn kecepatan tinggi sampai mengembang putih dan berjejak selama 12 menit.
- Kecilkan speed mixer sampai yg terendah masukan campuran terigu mixer asal nyampur aja matikan mixer, lalu masukan kelapa parut aduk balik dgn spatula.
- Masukan minyak goreng bergantian dgn kelapa, aduk sampai benar benar tercampur rata.
- Tuang adonan ke cup sebanyak 3/4 beri topping kismis dan taburi dgn kelapa parut, lalu oven dgn suhu 175⁰C selama 30 menit pakai api bawah di 10 menit terakhir pakai api atas bawah atau disesuaikan dgn oven masing2.
- Setelah matang keluarkan dr oven.
