  1. Dalam wadah, campur margarin, butter dan gula halus, aduk sampai tercampur rata. Kemudian masukkan kuning telur, aduk sampai rata saja.
  2. Tambahkan bahan B yang sudah di ayak, kemudian aduk sampai tercampur rata.
  3. Panaskan oven dengan api sedang, kemudian ambil adonan sesuai selera (disini saya menggunakan sendok takar 1 sdt) dengan berat selai nastar 4-5gr. Pulung adonan sampai habis dan tata di atas loyang.
  4. Panggang adonan selama 20 menit menggunakan api sedang cenderung kecil. Setelah itu keluarkan dari oven, lalu tunggu sampai dingin baru di olesi dengan bahan olesan. Saya oles sebanyak 3 - 4 x.
  5. Kemudian panggang lagi dengan api sedang cenderung kecil selama 25 menit atau sampai warna yang diinginkan. Angkat dan dinginkan di cooling rack.
  6. Nastar siap disajikan 😃.
