  1. Siapkan bahan, lelehkan margarin jangan sampai mendidih, sisihkan.
  2. Kocok telur, emulsifier, gula, air dengan speed tinggi sampai putih kental berjejak, sementara itu kita campurkan bahan kering (tepung, susu bubuk, bp) ayak dan sisihkan.
  3. Masukkan bahan kering yang sudah di ayak secara perlahan campurkan dengan spatula menggunakan teknik lipat balik sampai semua bahan kering habis dan tercampur rata. Kemudian masukkan vanilla essence,margarin cair sedikit demi sedikit hingga rata dengan teknik aduk balik, sisihkan.
  4. Tuang adonan di atas loyang yang telah di olesi kertas roti dan margarin, ratakan lalu panggang dalam oven yang sudah di panaskan dengan suhu 200°c kurang lebih 20-25 menit atau hingga matang (test tusuk tidak menempel dan permukaannya berkulit kuning kecoklatan). Selagi panas keluarkan cake dari loyang dengan cara membalikkannya di atas alas kertas roti baru..
  5. Kelupas kertas roti yang menempel pada cake. Untuk memudahkan melenturkan gulungan cake, kerat tipis cake lalu gulung padatkan diamkan hingga cake dingin..
  6. Setelah cake dingin olesi cake dengan butter cream/selai atau filling apapun sesuai selera terus gulung dan padatkan kembali biarkan cake benar² dingin. Olesi permukaan cake dengan butter cream lalu taburi dengan meises/keju sesuai selera. Cake siap di sajikan..
