- Gulung. (Tips : pakai api kecil untuk memanaskan pan dan membuat kulit Dadar. Agar pan betul2 panas sebelum dituang adonan,pastikan pan cukup lama berada diatas api. Pan yg cukup panas akan bunyi mendesis ketika diberi adonan).
