- Tekan dan pipihkan perlahan, lubangi tengah adonan dengan bantuan tube kecil, istirahatkan adonan selama 25 menit tutup dengan kain.
- Goreng dengan api kecil dengan sekali balik supaya tidak menyerap banyak minyak, tiriskan dan beri topping sesuai selera.
- Donat siap untuk disajikan.
