  4. Bagi adonan menjadi 15 bagian, rounding sampai permukaan halus simpan di loyang yang sudah ditaburi tepung, istirahatkan adonan selama 30 menit tutup dengan kain.
  5. Tekan dan pipihkan perlahan, lubangi tengah adonan dengan bantuan tube kecil, istirahatkan adonan selama 25 menit tutup dengan kain.
  6. Goreng dengan api kecil dengan sekali balik supaya tidak menyerap banyak minyak, tiriskan dan beri topping sesuai selera.
  7. Donat siap untuk disajikan.
