  1. Masukan tepung almond,terigu gula susu bubuk ragi kuning telur dan air menjadi satu..di ulen/mixer lalu tambahkan margarin yang sudah dicairkan kemudian ulenin sampai kalis elastis.
  2. Diamkan adonan ditempat tertutup hingga mengembang 45-60mnt.
  3. Lalu bagi adonan masing2 30gr bulatkan tiap adonan. Kemudian diamkan lagi ditempat tertutup selama 10-15mnt.
  4. Panaskan minyak untuk menggoreng donat.
  5. Lubangi tengah adonan sambil diputar2.kemudian langsung digoreng di minyak yang sudah dipanaskan sampai kecoklatan.
  6. Hias donat dengan toping yang sudah disediakan bersama sikecil 😊.
  7. Donat almond siap dinikmati.
