- Lalu tambahkan susu/air sedikit demi sedikit, lalu uleni.
- Setelah adonan mulai menyatu, masukkan sejumput garam & vanili. Lalu uleni hingga kalis.
- Jika sudah kalis, bulatkan dan taruh di wadah dan tutup dengan lap/plastik wrap. Diamkan ±30menit atau hingga menggembang 2x lipat.
- Kempeskan adonan, lalu bagi adonan menjadi @40gr.
- Bulat-bulatkan adonan hingga permukaan halus dan cetak dengan cetakan donat.
- Tutup plastik/lap dan diamkan 45menit hingga mengembang 2x lipat.
- Lalu goreng donat dengan api kecil.
- Tips. Jangan di bolak balik saat goreng, agar muncul white ring nya.
