- Selanjutx adonan bs disimpan terlebih dahulu dlm kulkas sekitar 1 sd 2 jam ttp dgn plastik wrap, ini mencegah agar nastar tdk meleber saat dioven, krn klo bnyk menggunakan butter biasax butter cpt meleleh di suhu ruang yg hangat..bs jg langsung dibulat²kan tp hrs cepat y bunš.
- Ambil sebagian adonan dn sebagian bs disimpan dl dlm kulkas jika membuat adonan dlm jumlah bnyk, bulatkan dn pipihkan kemudian isi dgn filling tutup kembali dn bulatkan, tata diatas loyang yg sdh dioles mentega tipis jgn trlu tebal.
