  3. Setelah kalis, bulatkan adonan, diamkan 10 menit dengan ditutup kain bersih/plastik.
  4. Kemudian bagi adonan menjadi 15 bagian (@ 40 gr), bulatkan dan taruh di atas wadah datar yang sudah ditaburi tepung terigu. Diamkan 5 menit.
  5. Lubangi adonan donat dengan jari telunjuk yang sudah dilumuri tepung terigu. Putar2 agar lubangnya agak besar sehingga setelah proofing lubang akan tetap terbentuk..
  6. Diamkan 30 menit dengan ditutup kain bersih/plastik hingga mengembang.
  7. Setelah mengembang, goreng donat dalam minyak banyak dan api kecil(+/- 140 derajat), Balik donat ketika sisi bawah sudah kecoklatan saja, jangan dibolak balik agar white ring terbentuk sempurna (punya saya masih belum tegas karena masih suka diintip2 pas goreng).
  8. Berikan topping sesuai selera, bisa coklat meses, coklat sprinkle warna atau bahkan gula tepung saja sudah enaaakk. Selamat mencoba!.
