  2. Untuk isian, larutkan gula di atas wajan, lalu masukan kelapa parut, daun pandan, dan garam, aduk sampai kelapa tercampur rata dan terasa aga kering.
  3. Setelah 1-2 jam, aduk kembali adonan, cek jangan sampai ada yang bergerindil dan kekentalan harus pas. Tidak boleh terlalu cair atau kental..
  4. Panaskan teflon diatas api sedang, olesi sedikit minyak..
  5. Masukan 1 sendok sayur ukuran sedang adonan, putar teflon di atas api sampai adonan menutupi seluruh permukaan teflon. Jika adonan susah menyebar di teflon, tambahkan air.
  6. Tunggu sampai permukaan adonan berwarna hijau merata, tanpa ada warna putih, angkat.
  7. Tambahkan unti/isian dadar gulung di atas kulit, lipat sesuai selera. Saya biasa digulung.
  8. Bungkus dadar gulung setelah dingin, karena jika masih panas, akan menguap diplastik jadi cepat basi.
