- Diamkan adonan selama 45- 60 menit, tutup wadah dgn serbet atau plastik.
- Setelah mengembang, kempeskan adonan dgn cara ditusuk. Kemudain cetak donat dgn cetakan atau manual..
- Gunakan teknik FIFO (first in first out) utk menggoreng. Aku goreng donat yg paling dulu dicetak krn selama proses pencetakan, donat tsb sudah diistirahatkan 10-15 menit. Goreng dgn 1x balik agar tdk menyerap minyak.
- Tiriskan donat, setelah hangat beri toping di atasnya..
