- Pertama+tama buat inti terlebih dahulu. Larutkan gula jawa, gula pasir & garam dengan air, setelah larut kemudian masukkan kelapa parut, aduk hingga air menyusut, sisihkan.
- Campurkan semua bahan kulit, masukkan air perlahan-lahan. Jangan terlalu kental dan jangan keenceran. Saring agar adonan tidak bergerindil.
- Panaskan teflon tanpa dioles margarin, tuang 1 sendok sayur dan ratakan. Angkat jika bagian pinggir sudah kering. Pastikan teflon harus benar-benar panas agar adonan kulit berongga.
- Ambil unti kelapa 1-2 Sdm, letakkan diatas kulit yang sudah dicetak, lipat dan dadar gulung siap disajikan.
