- Rebus 100 ml air dgn garam, daun pandan, dan gula merah. Jika gula sdah larut masukkan kelapa parut, aduk hingga air menyusut dan kelapa sdah tdk mengandung air..
- Lanjut membuat bahan kulit, campurkan kedua tepung (terigu dan tapioka) kedalam wadah atau baskom, tambahkan garam, aduk2 hingga rata, lalu beri air, jika sdah tercampur masukkan santan, 1 butir telur yg sdah dikocok terlebih dahulu, minyak, vanili dan pewarna makanan kira" 4 tetes atau sesuai selera☺.
- Panaskan teplon, olesi dgn sdikit margarin, dan masukkan adonan menggunakan sendok sayur, dan ratakan hingga semua permukaan teplon penuh dgn adonan, jgn terlalu tebal ya cukup 1 sampai 2 sendok sayur saja, sedang saja gk terlalu tipis dan jg gk terlalu tebal😊.
- Masak dgn api kecil saja biar tdk gosong😊 lanjutkan hingga adonan habis dgn cara yg sama🤗.
