  4. Lakukan sampai habis. Setelah selesai rehatkan kembali 10 menit sambil siapkan wajan dng disisi minyak cukup..
  5. Setelah panas minyak nya kecilkan api ke sedang lalu goreng sampai yg bawah kecoklatan lalu balek. Setelah donat sdh tdk panas/hangat. Oleskan dng selai coklat homemade dan taburi dng trimits, separuhnya bs langsung di gulingkan ke gula donat. Donat kepang ini sangat lembut dan empuk. Meski sy simpan di kulkas ke esokan harinya, biarkan dlm suhu ruang 10 mnt untk menghilangkan suhu dingin, donat bs dimakan dna rasa rotinya tetap empuk dan lembut meski tdk pake telur.
