- Masukkan telur, susu uht, aduk sp adonan menyatu/menggumpali..
- .Tambahkan butter, margarin dan garam. Naikkan ke kecepatan 2 atau kecepatan maks untuk adonan roti. Ini tergantung mixer qt ya... Aduk atau mixer sp adonan kalis elastis selama krg lbh 15 menit''.
- Setelah kalis. Matikan mixer.Ambil adonan. Bulatkan dg terlebih dulu menggilas dg tangan...gerakan spt ngucek baju di meja 3x. Bulatkan. Diamkan 10 menit.
- Timbang @ 35 gr. Lalu bulatkan lagi. Diamkan 10.
- Lalu lubangi bagian tengah adonan dg menggunakan jari telunjuk yg sudah diberi sedikit tepung terigu lalu putar2 bagian tengah adonan dg menggunakan 2 jari atau bisa melubangi tengah adonan dg menggunakan spuit yg telah diberi tepung agar tak melekat di adonannya n mudah melepaskannya.
- Kemudian celup adonan ke dlm air terus langsung masukkan ke tepung panir. Ratakan. Letakkan adonan di baking paper atau tempat yg telah disediakan yg telah diberi sedikit tepung terigu agar memudahkan saat akan menggorengnya. Lakukan pada semua adonan. Diamkan atau proofing 30 menit. Adonan siap digoreng. Mohon maaf lupa mendokumentasikan sesi ini..
- Goreng dg minyak padat pada suhu 180 °C (dg termometer masak) atau dg cara mencelupkan tusuk sate...jk disekeliling tusuk sate berbuih...itu artinya minyak sdh cukup panas dan adonan donat siap dimasukkan. Goreng dg api keciiil. Dan Donat crispy siap disajikan n dinikmati bersama keluarga tercinta.
