- Ragi Instan, Gula Pasir, Air Hangat, Campur semua bahan menjadi 1 diamkan selama 10 menit sampai berbusa(berbui2).
- Setelah berbusa, masukkan telur aduk rata.
- Lalu Masukan Tepung Terigu & Susu bubuk Aduk rata.
- Masukan Air hangat sedikit demi sedikit.
- Aduk rata hingga setengah kalis, Lalu Margarin (Aku pake mentega putih) & Garam.
- Uleni hingga kalis elastis tidak Lengket lagi di tangan.
- Tutup menggunakan plastic wrap/serbet bersih diamkan 30menit, mengembang 2x lipat.
- Setelah mengembang, kempeskan kemudian bagi menjadi beberapa bagian (40gr-50gr),.
- Bulat-bulatkan hingga benar2 permukaan adonannya halus,agar donatnya nnti cantik yach,, alasnya terlebih dahulu di taburi tepung agar tdk lengket,, kemudian Pipihkan / tekan menggunakan tangan.
- Lalu lubangi tengahnya mengunakan Spuit atau botol.
- Diamkan lagi kurang lebih 30-35 menit (gembang dengan baik) sambil ditutup dengan kain serbet.
- Panaskan minyak dengan api sedang, goreng donat cukup satu kali balik aja,,,.
