- Bahan isian : didihkan air masukkan gula palem kemudian gula merah yang sudah diiris tipis atau dicincang kasar aduk hingga gula larut,.
- Setelah gula merah larut masukkan daun pandan ikat simpul, kemudian garam, sambil terus diaduk masukkan kelapa parut aduk rata hingga air nya menyusut atau mengental sisihkan (lebih enak lagi simpan dikulkas 1 hari warnanya akan bener2 coklat baru buat kulitnya).
- Bahan Kulit : di Panci/Teflon Lelehkan mentega, setelah meleleh masukkan air dan tercampur aduk sebentar langsung matikan kompor asal rata hangat2 kuku tidak usah mendidih sisihkan.
- Tuang ke blender tepung terigu, daun pandan yang sudah di potong potong kira2 sekitar 4-5cm, masukkan air yang sudah ada mentega cair sebelumnya blender hingga daun pandan hancur, jika kurang hijau bisa tetes pewarna makanan hijau muda.
- Saring bahan kulitnya agar hasilnya tidak menggerindil...
- Panaskan teflon kemudian oles teflon dengan mentega /minyak goreng sedikit mulai buat kulit di teflon dengan 1 sendok sayur ratakan teflonnya kemudian tutup, tandanya kulit sudah matang akan lepas sendiri di teflon.
- Tunggu adonan kulit hingga dingin baru isi pakai unti kelapanya jika masih panas digulung kulitnya akan pecah.
