  4. Panaskan wajan anti lengket, setelah panas kecilkan api, beri sedikit minyak goreng. Minyak goreng ini yg akan membentuk pori2 pada kulit dadar gulung. Tuang 1-2 centong nasi dan ratakan pada wajan. Tunggu hingga adonan bisa bergeser sendiri, tanda sudah matang dan bisa dipindah ke piring meskipun tanpa bantuan spatula.
  5. Beri 1/2 sdm unti kelapa, kemudian lipat seperti membentuk amplop, dan gulung..
